On A&E there is this show called Beyond Scared Straight that has new episodes on a regular with a group of teens that take a field trip to the local jail to see what it would be like if they go down the wrong path. To a lot of people the whole treatment seems too soft! The kids know they wont be touched or hurt by the inmates, just yelled at! What do you think!? is it tough enough

I'm not sure how or why it went down, but Randy Moss was just cut from the Minnesota Vikings. The surprising move by the team takes place less than a month after he was acquired from the New England Patriots. The Vikings had just taken a tough loss at the hands of the Patriots, who defeated them 28 - 18.

The Vikings must pay Moss $1.5 million of Moss' $6.4 million annual salary. If another team picks him up, they will be expected to pay the rest. It's hard to imagine why the Vikings would cut Moss, who is one of the most talented receivers in NFL history. But the team was expected to make moves, given that this season has not gone well for them. The Vikings are now 2 - 5, and their star quarterback is hobbling on his last legs. Quarterback Brett Favre went down with a chin laceration after enduring serious ankle problems from the prior game. It's all turning out to be a big mess.

Seeing Randy Moss get released by the Vikings really made me wonder if this is the end of an era. The wide receiver who came into the league and torched the 18 teams who passed him up in the draft is now a 33-year old man who probably doesn't have the speed and jumping ability he once possessed. Moss still has a few years of play left in him, but the NFL does horrible wear and tear to your body, so I don't expect his final years to be all that productive.

If Moss doesn't redeem himself soon, he may end up in No Man's Land, along with other previously great players like Allen Iverson. One can speculate that with Moss' talent level, he'd only be cut so abruptly if he had some kind of serious attitude or disciplinary problem. The bad boy image doesn't work so well in your mid-thirties, and his heyday may be over. I hope he's been saving his money.

Since the age of 12 we have been very serious about our craft! One thing that we always keep in mind is the crowd our music is aimed towards... Its aimed to everyone! With that being said we never got into having profanity in our music, female degration or violence. We come from the south suburbs and we act like it only making music about the things we know. Besides we want our grandmother and neices and nephews to be able to listen to our music without sneaking to do so. It is so crazy how people follow after these established artists and not try to be different...Not talking against music with profanity but your fanbase nowadays is the kids...With that being said were going to give them something they can listen to, chant and not have to feel bad about it. The music will have the same quality with a different message ya digg! We encourage other artists to take this road....Keep in mind if you do this, you wont have any issues submitting your music to schools, radio, etc.

One thing we gotta say about Nicki is on some of her songs her voice gets kind of crazy on the flow tip and to us its kind of irritating. It sounds like she is trying too hard and not just flowing, but thats her style. In "Right Thru Me" (her single off her debut album Pink Friday) was so dope it doesnt make any sense. Her flow was on point, the hook was catchy and best of all she was sexy as hell in the video...After that song came on our speakers we look at Nicki like do that on every song. The message in the song was pretty cool too. Its basically about this girl is trying her best in the relationship while the simple boyfriend is just neglecting her and she takes it. Our parents always taught us that if we want something, we have to go get it ourselves! We have stuck with that mentality for ever since we can remember. Of course they play a huge role in booking shows, studio time, promotion and financial support but who says we can't book our shows..In a collective effort we are booked solid in the month of November. Lyfe Jennings sentenced to 3 and a half years in prison

In October 2008, the “Statistics” singer got into a heated confrontation with ex-girlfriend and mother of his children Joy Pound. Jennings reportedly kicked in the door of a house in Smyrna, Georgia, belonging to Jeff Kendrick, then fired rounds from a .40 caliber glock in the street according to police.

Jennings then fled the scene in his 2005 Corvette and according to his warrant allegedly refused to stop for officers when given audible and visual signs to do so. Driving in excess of 70 miles per hour, Jennings was eventually stopped and refused to take a sobriety test.

Booked at Cobb County Jail, the singer was charged with DUI test refusal, criminal trespassing, discharging a weapon near a street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fleeing or attempting to elude a police offer.

After being freed on$50,000 bond, Jennings released his fourth studio project 'I Still Believe,' August 31, 2010, the follow-up to his 2008's 'Lyfe Change.' The album is said to be his final offering.

The 13-disc track is what Lyfe considers a reflection of his “greatness.” Despite the personal and public trials in his life, Lyfe Jennings still believes in this love. “I keep a lot going on. It’s tragic; I think I have a horribly charmed life. But I think God puts me through stuff and keeps me there so I can talk about it.”

He carries these experiences into the album. “[The album] is about all kinds of relationships,” says Lyfe. “How we try to hold on sometimes for the sake of holding on. But, in reality, no matter how many breakups turn into make-ups, sooner or later we realize that this person is who they are and we need to let go. No grudges, no regrets. Just realization. Just acceptance. Just life.”

Jennings will hit the road in support of his reported final album, 'I Still Believe,' playing in clubs in major markets throughout the nation this fall.

Jeff Johnson from BET spoke on his behalf as a character witness during sentencing. No word on when he will begin serving the time.

Now it is very hard to make it out ofChicago seeing the earlier examples, but T’era doesn’t back down. She’s atriple threat in the modeling business as a runway, print, and promo model.With the mind of an entrepreneur she has three ways to make that bread and gainexposure if not more in the modeling business alone.

Though it may seem she hasbeen modeling with ages of experience she’s only been modeling since theage of 16 doing her first fashion show with Cinderella's boutique. She smirked andadded that she fell in love with modeling the first time she hit therunway. From that point on this future mogul knew it was something she was bornto do. To add on to her resume she also competed in the pageant world but modelingand art has always had her heart. She was always told that she should be amodel but surprisingly this flawless woman never had the confidence to pursueit, but now she lives by the motto Never Doubt Just Fly and that mindset haswithout a doubt gotten her to where she is today also of course with the helpof God too. She has done a lot of fashion shows over the past year and grabbed the jackpot having the rare privilege ofbecoming a cover girl for Mario INK and being on display in over 3 states forthe Body Paint Festival also in Austria which she insists is the highlight of her careerso far. Currin has also has been doing promo/charity work for the Danny Clark Foundation.

She admits the road has not been easy under the circumstances that she had to do alot of work by herself, but by the grace of God the inspiring young woman has made it this far. She realizes that she isvery fortunate to have the love and support from her loving family and friendsalso complete strangers, “They're all my motivation! I'm a very driven andambitious person. I BELIEVE that I will leave my mark on this earth. So for nowI'm just getting started, but I plan to keep flying. This is to anyone out therewith a dream; believe in yourself, see yourself doing big things then make thosedreams your reality!” Those words couldn’t have been better said.

A. ThankYou, even though modeling is my heart i have to say just getting away for aboutan hour or two to draw or paint is the one thing i love doing the most. Its anawesome way to get away from this crazy world you can call it my drug lol.

Q. What advice would you have for any aspiring young adults thatneed guidance?

A. My advice is to simply keep your sense of self in whateveryou do! It’s so important to stay humble and keep a leveled head, also to havefaith in yourself! NEVER DOUBT JUST FLY!

A. Right now I have a few shows coming up for next month and I'malso working on putting together a show myself which should be all done by thesummer! lol and I'm always working on a new art piece!

You can never find this to be the case for Sydney Davis. The proud mother of two is always moving and shaking making that paper, holding a strong relationship with her children and close friends.

This remarkable woman is not to mention the mother of actor Aree Davis helping her land the role as Megan on the Disney classic "Haunted Mansion" which by the way turned out to be a very exceptional movie (just saying lol). This driven woman also helped her youngest daughter Dee Dee Davis land the role as Baby Girl Aka Brianna on the hilarious "Bernie Mac Show." Those few attributes serve as a small fraction of this inspiring mogul's resume; one thing that makes her so visible is the fact that she is putting her time and energy into things that actually matter letting her actions speak so loud while her words can seem to be just a whisper. Her humble and uplifting attitude makes people wanna do business with her without any hassle but don't get it twisted; she doesn't need as many people in her corner as you may estimate to accomplish her goals. Some say it's about what you know, others say it's about who you know but Sydney Davis is a representation that you can do anything you set your mind to if you want it that bad with no one to have to tell you to get to work. Tiger Woods announced on his website that he will be taking an indefinite break from his golf career. He is hoping to repair the damage caused by his infidelity. Woods again apologized and asked for privacy.

Here is the statement in full:

Tiger Woods taking hiatus from golf

I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I want to do my best to try.

I would like to ask everyone, including my fans, the good people at my foundation, business partners, the PGA Tour, and my fellow competitors, for their understanding. What's most important now is that my family has the time, privacy, and safe haven we will need for personal healing.

After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person.

Again, I ask for privacy for my family and I am especially grateful for all those who have offered compassion and concern during this difficult period.

Gilbert Arenas, (veteran Washington Wizards player) will be awaiting trial for mid March and according to his lawyer he might not be sentenced to over 30 days. When the news going around the NBA came back to the judge, the judge was rather upset. Judging on the gun charges that was pressed on the 5 year Washington veteran, the judge claims that he has the last decision on sentencing, not the lawyer! Gilbert's sentencing could range from 30 days-5 years the judge said. The only thing thats bothering us is whats gonna happen when he is released?? Are teams going to want him after what he pulled??
